Working from Home!
We’re living through extraordinary times, however, we must stay positive and look out for one another.
If you are working from home here are some tips from us to keep you sane and well darlings!
1. Try to create a space in your house that will be your designated working area. It’s easy to be tempted to work from your couch or bed but since it’s not evident how long this will all last, it’s best we don’t get stuck in bad habits and start by trying to make our new space workable. By recreating our working space to be similar to that of our office it will help keep us focused and more productive longer experts say.
2. Staying isolated at home is not ideal, not moving can affect our efficiency and concentration.Try and break up your day by going for a walk even if that means a tour around the block. It will work wonders to your wellbeing darlings! If then again you’re not able to venture out, please try to move around and exercise indoors even if that is just for an hour. Sitting too long makes us feel sluggish, unmotivated and lethargic, so whatever you’re doing darlings make sure to take a break every hour or so to walk even if that means a trip to the kettle and back.
3. Lastly take time to focus on yourselves! These are not ideal times but as it’s in no one’s control and we don’t know how long this will last for, let us at least use this time to reflect, recharge, spend time with loved ones (even if that is just contacting them by phone) and renew ourselves in whatever way that might be.
