Space.NK Spring Skincare Picks

Spring is all about starting fresh, and when this time of year rolls around beauty trends tend to gravitate towards looking fresh, too. Fresh, dewy, natural makeup is inevitably the go-to look as soon as the sun makes an appearance, and a huge part of creating that look isn’t even the makeup itself – it’s skincare.

So we’ve popped over to our all-time fave, Space.NK, and put together a few of our top skincare & pampering picks to keep you looking and feeling fresh this spring.

This Works Energy Bank Shower Gel – £16

You wake up bright & early, the sun is pouring through your window, you don’t even check instagram because postponing social media is part of your new and improved morning routine, and what do you do? Head straight to the shower, of course! Invigorating and refreshing, in typical This Works fashion, the ingredients of this shower gel are carefully chosen from an aromatherapy point of view, specifically with the aim to get you feeling fresh, clear-headed and ready to go in the mornings.

Ren Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask – £32

Following the theme of fresh and energising starts, here’s one for your skin! This award-winning mask uses natural fruit acids to gently exfoliate away the top layer of skin, leaving you looking brighter, and diminishing the appearance of any fine lines you may see emerging. Great as a standalone treatment, but also fab in conjunction with your favourite charcoal or clay purifying mask. And, unlike a lot of other exfoliating masks, this is gentle enough to use on most skin types without experiencing any irritation.

Malin + Goetz Peppermint Body Scrub – £26

What’s more fresh than peppermint? Cooling, refreshing, comforting… and definitely leaves you feeling clean and renewed! I know there’s a running theme here of “energising” and “invigorating”, but isn’t that how you want to feel, especially when jumping headfirst into a new season? Scrub yourself some smooth spring skin, and let the soothing scent of peppermint wash over you. Literally.

Perricone MD Photo Plasma
 – £59

The perfect daytime moisturiser. It’s so light weight it feels almost fluffy at your fingertips, and once applied its oil-free formula sinks in quickly, evenly hydrating your skin without creating a greasy layer on the surface. Great as part of a pre-makeup skincare routine, or on its own. You can use it in the evenings if you like, but this little wonder packs more of a punch in the morning, as it’s designed for daytime wear – SPF 30 in a product that feels this light? Yes please!

Sunday Riley Good Genes Treatment – £85

This treatment’s reparative qualities mean that in addition to it being a brilliant product on a use-by-use basis, over time it will also improve the quality, texture and appearance of your skin. Admittedly a higher price point, but Sunday Riley products are widely accepted as some of the best and most effective, and when it comes to skincare you do – to an extent – get what you pay for. Worth noting this treatment

Caudalie French Beauty Secret Set – £22

If you’d like to dip your toe into the waters of slightly more high-end skincare, but don’t want to commit to full sizes right away, this is absolutely perfect. Containing Caudalie’s micellar water, Instant Detox Mask, Beauty Elixer, Premier Cru Eye Cream & Vinosource Moisturising Sorbet, for £22 you essentially get to test out an entire skincare routine. And a very luxurious feeling one at that!

Last but certainly not least, don’t forget your Dr.Lipp! Perfect for EVERY season 😉
